Bombardier Aerospace today announced the appointment of Peter Likoray as sales director for new and pre-owned aircraft in Canada. Mr. Likoray assumes complete sales responsibility for Bombardier Learjet, Challenger, and Global business jets in Canada. He is based in Montreal and reports to Jahid Fazal-Karim, senior vice-president, new aircraft sales, Bombardier Business Aircraft.
"Peter's international sales experience and established network of contacts throughout Canada will be a tremendous asset in growing Bombardier's business aircraft presence in the country. I am confident he will contribute to the continuing success of our North American sales team," said Mr. Fazal-Karim.
Mr. Likoray's aviation career began with Bombardier in 1990 in Customer Support where he was responsible for the Spare Parts Sales Department for Bombardier's Amphibious Aircraft division. In June of 1998, he assumed responsibility for sales of new Bombardier 415 amphibious aircraft in North America, and pre-owned sales of the Bombardier 415 and Canadair CL-215 pre-owned aircraft worldwide.
