Bombardier Announces Closing Of Early Redemption Of Notes

Bombardier Inc. and Bombardier Capital Funding Limited Partnership announced today that they have respectively redeemed all of the outstanding principal under their notes due on February 22, 2008 and notes due on May 14, 2009 in accordance with the Notices of Early Redemption issued on November 30, 2007. Namely, Bombardier Inc. has redeemed the remaining outstanding of €282,236,000 under the 2008 notes at a price of €1,053.20 per denomination of €1,000. Bombardier Capital Funding Limited Partnership has also redeemed the £300 million outstanding under the 2009 notes at a price of £1,073.01 per denomination of £1,000. Both prices include accrued and unpaid interest to this date.
