Bombardier Announces the Closing of a Regional Aircraft Financing Structure

Bombardier announced today the closing of a permanent financing structure for a value of approximately $1.7 billion US. This structure, known as Regional Aircraft Securitization Program (RASPRO), provides financing in the form of long-term leases for certain Bombardier Aerospace regional aircraft customers. It covers 70 aircraft comprising 65 CRJ and five Q400 aircraft.
