Bombardier Flexjet, the fractional business jet ownership program of Bombardier Aerospace, and Bombardier Skyjet, the pioneer service for online booking of privately chartered business jets and provider of the Skyjet Card, today announced a strategic marketing agreement in which Ultimate ResortÒ has been named the “Official Destination Club” of Bombardier, and Bombardier has been named the “Official Private Jet Partner” of Ultimate Resort.
Bombardier will offer Ultimate Resort Members special incentives for purchasing charter flights and jet cards through Skyjet, Flexjet 25 Jet Cards*, and Flexjet fractional interests. Bombardier’s owners and customers will be offered preferred discounts on Ultimate Resort club memberships, as well as other club membership benefits. The two companies will promote these special offers through their respective marketing channels.
Ultimate Resort members are affluent and well-seasoned travelers who vacation with both family and friends, and often use private aviation to reach the Club’s growing portfolio of luxurious vacation homes and exclusive affiliated hotels located in over 100 global destinations. Bombardier, the manufacturer of legendary Learjet and Challenger private jet aircraft, is a world leader in aircraft manufacturing whose clients are avid users of private air travel for both business and leisure, making this a natural partnership between the two companies.
“Bombardier is the leading brand in the private aviation business, and we are thrilled to be working with such a fine company,” said Jim Tousignant, CEO of Ultimate Resort. “Learjet and Challenger are names that are synonymous with the very best in private jet travel, and we are looking forward to offering our club Members preferred access to these exceptional aircraft through our marketing agreement with Skyjet and Flexjet. We know our Members will love the Bombardier experience as much as they love our Club.”
“Ultimate Resort has truly set the bar for luxury travel and offers spectacular vacation getaways. With this new partnership, Flexjet fractional jet owners and Skyjet customers can enjoy the highest quality travel experience starting the moment they board one of our world-class Bombardier jets, continuing through their stay at Ultimate Resort,” said Michael McQuay, President, Bombardier Flexjet. "Whether they are traveling for business or pleasure, our owners appreciate the flawless service for which Flexjet is known, and we trust their time spent at Ultimate Resort will also exceed their expectations."

About Bombardier Flexjet
Established in 1995 and based in Richardson, Texas, Bombardier Flexjet offers a turnkey program allowing individuals or companies to purchase a share in a Bombardier jet at a fraction of the full ownership cost. Flexjet owners select the aircraft type that best fits their needs, determine the number of hours per year they expect to fly, and purchase shares starting at 1/16th (equal to 50 hours of flying).
Owners pay predictable monthly management and usage fees, while Flexjet manages aircraft maintenance, flight crews, hangars, fuel and insurance on their behalf. Flexjet fields an exclusive family of Bombardier business jets, including the Learjet 40 XR, Learjet 45 XR, Learjet 60 XR, Challenger 300 and newly redesigned Challenger 605 business jets. The Flexjet One program is an aircraft management service providing owners who purchase a whole Bombardier aircraft access to Flexjet’s entire fractional fleet, cost savings and a simple, worry-free solution to aircraft ownership. The Flexjet 25 jet card program, operated by Jet Solutions LLC, provides travel-by-the-hour on the Flexjet 25 fleet of Bombardier aircraft.
