Bombardier to Debut the Challenger 350 Jet at LABACE 2014

Bombardier Business Aircraft announced today that it will showcase four of its class-defining business aircraft at this year’s Latin American Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (LABACE) at Congonhas airport in Sao Paulo, Brazil from August 12-14, 2014. Bombardier’s Learjet 75, Challenger 350, Challenger 605 andGlobal 6000 aircraft will be on display. The Challenger 350 jet, which recently entered service in June 2014, will debut in Brazil.

The Learjet 75 aircraft is continuing its worldwide demonstration tour with a visit to the Caribbean prior to arriving at LABACE. The aircraft will also be on display in Chile. It is expected that the aircraft will generate a high level of interest with Bombardier’s customer base in the region. TheChallenger 350 will also go on a regional debut tour, with stops planned in Guatemala and throughout Brazil after being on display at LABACE.

Learjet 75 aircraft: The Learjet 70 and Learjet 75 aircraft offer improved comfort and styling of the seats; cabin management system featuring individual touchscreen monitors with full audio and video control; LED lighting throughout the entire aircraft; a generous baggage suite and a spacious galley to optimize catering, work and storage space. With a maximum range greater than 2,000 nautical miles at cruise speeds up to Mach 0.81, the Learjet 75 aircraft will be able to fly four passengers and two crew members non-stop from São Paulo to Santiago.* Additionally, its powerful engines and new winglet design allow it to carry eight passengers with full fuel.*

Challenger 350 aircraft: The Challenger 350 jet boasts class-defining performance, a true seats full, tanks full, 3,200 nm (5,926 km) range and will connect São Paulo with San Juan*. Building upon the legendary segment-defining Challenger 300 jet, it features a state-of-the-art cabin that maximizes natural light and redefines the man-machine interface, all the while maintaining the performance attributes that have become synonymous with the Challenger aircraft family.

Challenger 605 aircraft: The revered Challenger 605 jet builds upon the legacy of productivity, quality and reliability of its predecessor, the peerless Challenger 604jet, leading its market share segment throughout the world. Featuring one of the widest stand-up cabins of any large category business jet available today, it can soar six passengers 4,000 nm (7,408 km) from Rio de Janeiro to Johannesburg*.

Global 6000 aircraft: The Global 6000 jet’s unrivalled cabin size and levels of comfort combined with an optional stand-up shower and the Bombardier Vision flight deck means no other purpose built business jet comes close in terms of high-speed range capability and traveler comfort. Offering the ultimate in technology, this intrepid jet can link São Paulo with Los Angeles non-stop, with eight passengers and three to four crew*.
