Bombardier Flexjet And Jet Solutions Introduce New "Flexjet 25" Jet Card Program In Time For Holiday Season

This holiday season, stockings everywhere will be filled with the ultimate holiday present – the gift of time. Bombardier Flexjet, the fractional business jet ownership program of Bombardier Aerospace, and Jet Solutions LLC, the organization operating Flexjet flights under FAA Part 135, recently introduced their new Flexjet 25 jet card, which offers travel-by-the-hour on the exclusive Flexjet fleet of Bombardier Learjet 45, Learjet 60 and Challenger 604 business aircraft.

“The Flexjet 25 jet card offers the greatest choice, flexibility and benefits available today among jet cards, and has unique features that no other program of its type has ever offered,” said Sylvain Lévesque, Flexjet vice president of marketing. “These product differentiations not only make the Flexjet 25 card the standout choice in jet cards, but also a perfect gift choice for those who have everything.”

Flexjet 25 jet card owners can choose from four different price levels for each aircraft based on a preset number of travel days per year – ranging from an unrestricted 365-day jet card to a 355-day, 325-day or 275-day jet card. Pricing* breakdown is as follows:

“The Flexjet 25 jet card offers truly advantageous pricing against the competition,” said Mr. Lévesque. “For example, the 275-day jet card is available at unprecedented pricing – never before offered in the fractional card segment – for travelers who anticipate little need to fly during periods of highest demand,” he added.

In addition to a variety of pricing options, the Flexjet 25 jet card offers several other benefits:

  • A unique guarantee that card owners will fly on the Flexjet 25 fleet 95 percent of the time or better – a guarantee that mirrors what Flexjet provides to its fractional jet owners and addresses the chief criticism of fractional jet ownership programs and fractional jet cards. When consumers use their Flexjet 25 card, they know they are flying on the Flexjet fleet and not on a multitude of charter aircraft from a variety of operators.
  • A satisfaction guarantee promising that card owners will be refunded the remaining portion of their pre-paid balance if they are not completely satisfied after their first flight.
  • Flexjet’s industry-leading secondary service area program, which provides travel to all of the Caribbean, Bahamas, Bermuda and Mexico without repositioning charges.
  • Options for travel on larger or smaller aircraft using a standard interchange ratio
  • The ability to apply unused card program funds toward the purchase of a Flexjet fractional share.
  • Point-to-point international travel can be arranged for jet card owners through Bombardier Skyjet International.

“The Flexjet 25 jet card program offers a more flexible, value-based pricing structure, which also helps us manage demand and maintain the highest levels of service for fractional owners and card owners alike,” said Mr. Lévesque.  “Flexjet and Jet Solutions have led the industry in quality, flexibility, innovation and safety of aircraft operations. The Flexjet 25 jet card program enables card owners to take advantage of these benefits, industry-leading service guarantees and the superior Flexjet fleet.”

About Bombardier Flexjet

Established in 1995 and based in Richardson, Texas, Bombardier Flexjet offers a turnkey program allowing individuals or companies to purchase a share in a Bombardier business jet at a fraction of the full ownership cost. Flexjet owners select the aircraft type that best fits their needs, determine the number of hours per year they fly, and purchase shares starting at 1/16th of the total shares of an aircraft (equal to 50 hours of flying). Owners pay predictable monthly management and usage fees, while Flexjet manages aircraft maintenance, flight crews, hangars, fuel and insurance on their behalf. The Flexjet 25 jet card program, operated by Jet Solutions, provides travel-by-the-hour on the Flexjet 25 fleet of Bombardier aircraft.
