Bombardier Flexjet Europe and the Royal Opera House bring the business jet experience and the world of the arts closer together

Bombardier Flexjet® Europe announced today that it has teamed with the Royal Opera House to offer Royal Opera House Trust members and friends privileged access to its Flexjet Jet Membership service.

As part of this agreement, Bombardier Flexjet Europe will sponsor the Royal Opera House’s ‘About the House’ magazine and will receive special behind-the-scenes access to the House in order to entertain its growing customer base. Effective January 2004, Royal Opera House Trust members and Friends of Covent Garden will be able to access many of the benefits of Flexjet Europe’s Jet Membership programme – customized and flexible travel, substantial time-savings, service guarantees – at preferential rates and without having to commit to a minimum number of annual flying hours.

Judith Moreton, managing director, Bombardier Flexjet Europe, is excited about the partnership. “The Royal Opera House and Bombardier have a lot in common. Their patrons and our customers have similar lifestyles and interests, and we share the same values and commitment to performance excellence. “Joining forces makes perfect sense,” she added. “Jet Membership benefits will now be accessible to a wider group of people, whilst our customers will be able to go behind the scenes of some of the world’s leading productions.”

“We are delighted to have the support of Europe’s leading business jet travel provider,” said Tony Hall, chief executive, Royal Opera House. “We have an exciting programme of performances planned for this year and look forward to working with Flexjet Europe to offer our patrons this unique service.”
