The Smart Mobility BOMBARDIER INNOVIA 300 Fully Automated Systems
The driverless turnkey systems INNOVIA 300 family of fully automated transit systems, including Monorail, Advanced Rapid Transit and Automated People Mover are the emerging game-changing solution to smart mobility, transporting hundreds of thousands of passengers safely, efficiently, comfortably and reliably to their destinations.

The newest technology of Bombardier’s turnkey solutions is the INNOVIA Monorail 300 system. Cost-effective to introduce and not requiring major infrastructure or civil works, it offers transport capacity up to 50,000 passengers per hour per direction (pphpd). Whether transporting visitors to out-of-town destinations, or offering high capacity, frequent services for more densely used inner city routes, the INNOVIA Monorail 300 ensures passengers experience the ultimate in modern ride comfort.

The INNOVIA Monorail 300 system is becoming the choice of many city planners and transit authorities. Bombardier is currently executing two high profile orders for the INNOVIA Monorail 300 system: a contract to supply a 24 km system for São Paulo, Brazil and a contract to supply a 3.6 km system for the prestigious King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

BOMBARDIER CITYFLO 650 Communication Based Train Control (CBTC)
With the state-of-the-art CITYFLO 650 communication-based automated train control system, the INNOVIA 300 family is setting the standard worldwide. World Leader in Propulsion and Controls
Bombardier Transportation is the world’s leading provider of propulsion and control equipment for rail vehicles. The solutions set the standard of reliability and sustainability. Bombardier Transportation provides the complete chain of propulsion and control equipment for all types of rail vehicles. BOMBARDIER MITRAC technology is the core of our product portfolio and includes traction converters, auxiliary converters, drives and electronics. MITRAC equipment has been created with a clear ambition to boost customer competitiveness and to provide true revenue generating solutions. MITRAC powers some of the world’s most reliable fleets because we are uncompromisingly optimizing the reliability of all our propulsion and control products. Our consistent energy efficient design of each propulsion and control technology contributes strongly to a more sustainable mobility.

A Full Suite of Services to Optimize Rail Assets
Bombardier Transportation provides a full suite of after-market services to help its customers optimize management of their vehicles and assets over their entire lifetime. We are the first choice for reliability, availability, maintainability and safety. Bombardier Transportation can provide total fleet maintenance to cover all operator needs. Our service does not end with system delivery; we also repair, maintain and solve obsolescence problems when these appear. When the assets reach high operational costs (high energy consumption, poor reliability and high maintenance costs) the alternative of refurbishing and modernizing the vehicles can become the preferred option.

Bombardier has an extensive global logistics network and excellent long-term international relationships with system suppliers. With the benefit of our global purchasing power we have what it takes to offer operators real support with material sourcing or equipment and system overhaul. Expertise, creativity, market knowledge and vision are just some of the reasons why Bombardier Transportation is setting the industry pace in providing the most innovative and cost-effective rail services solutions in today’s market.
