- Over 900 aircraft enrolled in Smart Parts programs
Bombardier Aerospace today announced that its inovative Smart Parts program will be available for the new all-composite Learjet 85 aircraft upon its entry into service.
Enrolment in the Business Aircraft Smart Parts programs is well over 900 strong and is expected to surpass 1000 aircraft this year. To highlight this success, two Bombardier* Sea-Doo watercraft will be raffled to lucky Bombardier business aircraft operators during Bombardier’s Customer Services cocktail event at the upcoming National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) annual convention in Orlando, Florida, on October 7, 2008.
Smart Services plans currently cover 15 Bombardier aircraft models within the Learjet, Challenger and Global business jet families.
“Customer satisfaction is Bombardier’s top priority. Providing world-class service and support is key to our success and we rely on our customers’ feedback to refine our services and guide us throughout this journey.” said James Hoblyn, President, Bombardier Customer Services and Specialized and Amphibious aircraft. “For the past 22 years we’ve led the industry with innovative service solutions like the Smart Parts and Smart Parts Plus programs; cost control tools that bring significant benefits to our operators.
