Leg Raises

8-minute Tabata routine

Just need a quick workout? Look no further than this fun 8-minute Tabata workout where you will perform 4 exercises for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest.

15-minute AMRAP routine

If you’re looking for a challenge, then this workout’s for you. In this AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)-style routine you will perform 4 exercises of 20 reps each, working against the clock to complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.

Pyramid-style routine

Can you make it to the top of the pyramid? In this pyramid-style routine, you will perform a series of 4 exercises starting with 10 reps. After each round you’ll start again doing one less rep per exercise until you perform one rep of each exercise in the final round.

Challenger workouts

15-minute HIIT routine

This is one HIIT workout you don’t want to miss! In this 15-minute HIIT routine, you will perform 4 exercises for 40 seconds followed by a 20 second rest—we think you’ll agree it’s a real homerun.

8-minute Tabata routine 

Come on, we’re sure you can squeeze in this workout in between meetings. In this 8-minute Tabata style routine you will perform 4 exercises for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest. Just switch off your camera, they’ll never know.

18-minute Interval routine

Time to get your sweat on! In this 18-minute interval training routine, you will perform two intervals consisting of two exercises of 10-reps each. You will repeat each interval as many times as possible every 2-minutes followed by a 1-minute rest.
