Beyond financial contribution, the Foundation helps organizations maintain their relevance by focusing on the culture of change and their capacity to innovate.
Philagora is the Foundation’s capacity building program built specifically for the non-profit sector. It aims to support organizations in their development and to promote social innovation. This revolutionising and unique program is two-fold: a series of workshops, conferences and events offered to community organizations, and a coaching cohort for non-profit executive directors to deepen knowledge and capabilities to help organizations reach new heights.
